Tulare Outlets to Host American Red Cross Authorized Donation Site, Friday, Sept. 1

WHAT:          Tulare Outlets, the more than 226,000 square foot outlet center serving the Greater Fresno and Bakersfield regions, announced today it will team with the American Red Cross to host the humanitarian organization’s authorized donation site in the area benefitting victims of Hurricane Harvey.
